Meet The Team
Luke Crawford
Luke is the “Crawford” behind Crawford Landscape and has a deep love of all things turf (really!). After graduation from McCall-Donnelly High School in 1999, he earned a degree from Boise State University in Horticulture and moved back to McCall to start Crawford Landscape in 2004, initially as a hydroseed company.
And if he can’t get enough of grass, landscape, and all things turf at work, Luke is also an avid golfer and spends his free time walking the fairways and greens whenever he can (and he is pretty darn good at that, too – Luke is a former McCall Golf Men’s Club Champion 🏆).
Luke married his better half Hannah in 2021 and has been excited to see Crawford Landscape grow and thrive in his hometown.
Ben Reeder
Ben joined Crawford Landscape in 2008 after working in the IT industry. He grew up in Twin Falls, Idaho and attended the University of Idaho before transferring to Cal State Fullerton. After college he had the opportunity to travel the world managing IT projects before finding his way back home to Idaho. Once here, he put his project management skills to work for Crawford.
Ben’s life outside of work revolves around his three kids and he is an active part of the activities they love, sitting on the board of the McCall Youth Hockey Association and working as a team manager. When he isn’t at the ice rink you can find him on the golf course working on his game!
Cesar Ayllon Vilca
Sprinkler System & Install Project Manager
Cesar is our sprinkler system guru and install project manager. Originally from Peru, he has been with Crawford since 2014. When he isn’t on a job, you can find Cesar playing soccer and spending time with his family. He also loves to travel and we couldn’t be more grateful that his travels brought him to Idaho and Crawford!
Felix Ayllon
Paver Installation Project Manager
Crawford Landscape wouldn’t be where it is today without our amazing paver installation project manager. Felix is originally from Peru and has called McCall home for 15 years. He joined Crawford in 2013 and when he isn’t on the job, you can find him casting a line.
Marvin Dean
Lead Irrigation Technician
Marvin is our lead irrigation technician and is the man responsible for keeping your landscape fresh and hydrated. As a former marine, commercial submarine pilot, and dive instructor, we are privileged to call Marvin part of the team for the last 14 years. Outside of work the need for speed calls and you can find him riding his motorcycle along the scenic roads of Idaho.
Jon Neisinger
Maintenance Project Manager
John is our dedicated Maintenance Project Manager, handling a wide range of tasks from sprinkler systems to paver installations. With over a decade of experience at Crawford, Jon has been an invaluable part of our team since 2012.
Jon is a proud father of two wonderful children. His family has deep roots in McCall, having moved here in 1968 when Jon was just six years old, and he has called this beautiful place home ever since.
An outdoor enthusiast, Jon enjoys spending his free time hunting and fishing, embracing the natural beauty that McCall has to offer.
Walter Vilcapoma
Landscape Install Project Manager
Walter is a dedicated individual who has been a part of the Crawford Landscape Team since 2009! With years of experience in the landscaping industry, Walter brings a wealth of knowledge and skills to his work. Outside of his professional life, he finds solace in the tranquility of fishing and the adrenaline of playing soccer during his free time. Walter’s commitment to both his career and personal interests reflects his passion for balance and fulfillment in life.
